K. Ridsdale & Sons Ltd. is a Building Contractor focusing on the residential sector undertaking various general building and maintenance works.
Established in January 2020 by Kevin Ridsdale BSc. Hons who's career in construction spans 28 years starting in 1993, then aged 16 Kevin served an apprenticeship as a site based Carpenter achieving a City & Guilds level 2 Qualification in Carpentry & Joinery.
In addition to his trade qualifications and hands on skills Kevin has also achieved a 2:1 degree in Building Surveying and has worked on various multi-million pound projects for national Main-Contractors including the prestigious Sir Robert McAlpine.
Kevin returned to Cornwall to work for local Building Contractors and over that 13 year period he worked on several hundred residential construction projects in Devon & Cornwall, including the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of numerous historical and/or listed buildings of which there are many in Devon & Cornwall.
The formation of K. Ridsdale & Sons Ltd. was a natural progression of Kevin's career working in the construction industry and will provide a secure future working in construction for Kevin's two sons, Tom & Rob.
